Hakusan Intermediate Canyoning
The water is clean and not easily muddy, and it’s a dynamic course that descends from a tributary to the main river at the bottom of a deep valley! The pool at the bottom of the waterfall is shallow, so you will make extensive use of rappelling with ropes. This course is for intermediate level hikers, as you will have to think about your footwork and course while using the rope to descend while splashing with the waterfall water and going down through the boulder belt (a place with lots of big rocks).
To participate in this course, you must have completed the company’s Beginner Course 2 or have completed a course requiring rappelling at another company affiliated with CIC or ICA.
