What to bring:　　Swimsuit, change of clothes, towel, shoes or sandals with heels (July, August, September are high seawater temperatures: clothes that can get wet, polyester material that does not expose the skin of chemical fibers, [cotton and linen blends are not allowed], hat, etc. as your body will get cold

Equipment: life jacket, gloves, wetsuit, shoes, helmet, insurance, consumption tax are included in the tour price.
