about micro SD card
If you are only renting a GoPro, please prepare your own micro SD card. (You will need a high-speed micro SD card of 32GB or more, V30, or bring your own PC.) If the reading speed of the micro SD card is slow, the camera may not work, so we recommend purchasing one at the base. If you purchase it at another store and it does not work, we will not compensate you. Even the cheapest ones cost more than 1,500 yen.)
About Cloud Data
Receiving data via Dropbox: Click on the dropbox URL on the calendar tour photo page on the homepage and select Open in browser. Download the displayed photos and videos. Data retention period is about one week. If there is not enough space, please let us know in advance. Data volume will be huge during busy periods, so we will delete it.
Receiving data via Gigafile: Gigafile retention period is set to a long period (2 weeks), but please download as soon as possible. The data is huge. Data retention at base is about one week. If you try to download right before the deadline, it is often already expired, so please be careful.
In either case, there is no compensation if the data cannot be downloaded due to expiration. We do not offer refunds, so please understand. m(__)m
