Coasteering!

A unique, natural fantasy where the open feeling of the sea and sky alternates with the enclosed feeling of a cave tunnel!!

This tour explores the complex topography of the region’s rare rocks (white sandstone) that have been eroded by the rough waves of many winters, using only your body or a small, maneuverable item. There are dead-end caves and cave tunnels with narrow entrances but wide inside, and if the conditions are good, you may even be able to see an emerald cave. You can jump at diving points and snorkel to see the underwater world. If you choose a two-seater, you can ride with your small children. Now, get ready and head to the natural sea park. packraft is

A packraft is an inflatable boat like a kayak for one or two people. It is paddled with a double-bladed paddle, and the boat is very light and stable. It can be used in a variety of places, from lakes, oceans, to rough whitewater rivers. Let’s keep improving and mastering it!

SUP is

stands for Stand Up Paddle Board, an inflatable board like a surfboard that you stand on and paddle. It’s unstable when you stand on it, so some people take time to get used to it at first, but it’s easy to get out even if you fall into the water, so give it a try.

Kayak is

The familiar plastic kayak! The feeling of floating on the water is amazing. It’s unstable, but it’s maneuverable and can easily navigate inside the cave! It’s the best for cruising. There is also a one-day course option, so please contact us if you are interested. You can go to three cave tunnel zones, so it’s a continuous stream of impressions.

Amazing terrain

The rocks around here are made of white sandstone, making them easy to walk on, and the sea is shallow as you can see in the photo, so even if you’re not a great swimmer you can walk in to many places. There are also deep areas, so you can dive in and have fun, and the sandstone eroded by the winter waves has caves, tunnels, and patterns created by weathering, as well as some hidden beaches that you can only get to by going into the sea.

Fully equipped

To go coasteering, you will need to wear the necessary equipment such as a wetsuit to protect yourself and avoid exposing your skin. This is because there are dangerous areas on the rocks in the sea. Shell fragments and rocks in the sea are complex and uneven, so if you are not careful because you are in shallow water, your feet may get stuck and you may fall, so be careful. (Since it is shallow, it is not serious, but you should not be careless.)
The rocks in the sea are a good habitat for living things, so there are many kinds of living things. If the sea conditions are good, it is clear, so you can observe with goggles. (*Note: Since it is a managed fishing ground, collecting seafood is prohibited m(__)m) Water Park Adventure Coasteering is a place where you can play on complex natural terrain using climbing equipment.

Tour Schedule

Change clothes (helmet, wetsuit, gloves, shoes, harness, goggles) at a base near the course and depart → Walk and dive into the rocks to get used to the equipment and the sea. Dive 6m (not compulsory) → Explore through the cave tunnel → Free climbing → Rappel (9m or 5m) → Cave tunnel → Finish. The course is about 500m long. If the course conditions are good, you can enjoy underwater viewing through goggles (no collecting allowed), and there’s plenty to do. The tour lasts about 100 minutes.
